If the USB cable successfully connects the machine and the software, and the connection status shows a green light, but the software canvas does not display the working area inside the machine, please follow the steps below to solve it.
1. Copy the link below, open it in a browser, and check if you can see the working area inside the machine.
http://192.168.42.1:8080/camera/take_photo
If you can see it through the link, but the software canvas does not display, please calibrate your camera.

2. If you cannot see working area inside the machine through the link, please follow the steps below to unplug and replug the camera connection wire on the main control board.
Step 1: Power off your machine to ensure safety.
Step 2: Unplug the power wire, and use a screwdriver to remove the 6 fixing screws on the main control board case.
Step 3: Unplug and re-plug the camera connection wire on the main control board.
Note: You may need to use tweezers to remove the red glue from the surface of the wire first.
Step 4: After unplugging and replugging, please plug the power wire (No.12) into the mainboard and turn on the machine, connect the USB cable to the computer and software, open the software, wait for the connection status to show a green light, click refresh, and see if the canvas will display the working area inside the machine.
Step 5: If the working area is displayed, please unplug the power wire and secure the cover with screws, then plug the power wire back into the mainboard.
