The machine is in transport mode or idle mode. After switching on your Vision, the machine does not ascend at all or rises a little, then gets stuck and cannot continue to rise, and makes noise.
When switching on your Vision, please observe
- whether you hear two beeps
- whether the fan of the laser head will rotate for a while and stop
- whether there is a red dot at the bottom of the laser head.
- record how many seconds the noise lasts.
Please follow the steps below to solve it.
Step 1: Turn off the machine power.
Step 2: Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws at the four corners of the panel, which may be too tight or loose to cause the panel to get stuck.
- Note: Once worked, ensure to check the tension of all screws. Adjust their tightness to guarantee smooth and obstacle-free movement.
If your Vision still cannot rise smoothly after loosening the panel screws, please use a screwdriver to adjust the 4 screws at the top of the metal rods in the four corners inside the machine, so that the frame is parallel to the level.
Please make sure that the 4 screws at the top of the metal rods in the four corners are flexible and can be easily rotated for smooth machine movement.
Additionally, we recommend avoiding placing heavy objects on the cover or manually pressing down on it. This will help maintain the flexibility of movement for your Vision.

When you click autofocus, or click idle mode or transport mode, the machine does not descend or the machine descends a little and then gets stuck, please observe:
-
Whether the laser module is moving, what is the trajectory of the movement
-
Is there anything stuck, preventing the machine from descending
-
Whether it makes noise after getting stuck
-
How long the noise lasts
If no object is found to prevent the machine from descending, please adjust the 4 screws at the top of the metal rods in the four corners inside the machine.
- Note: If one of the four corners is found to be lower, first adjust the screws of the other 3 corners to make them parallel to the lower corner, and then ensure that the 4 screws are in a flexible state and can be easily twisted.
If the machine still cannot descend after adjustment, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Turn off the machine power
Step 2: Unplug the power wire, loosen the 6 screws that secure the cover of the main control board
Step 3: Unplug and replug the Z-axis limit sensor wire. You may need tweezers to peel off the glue on the surface first.
Step 4: After unplugging and replugging, please plug the power wire (No.12) into the mainboard and turn on the machine and wait for the machine to rise to the highest position, the laser module moves to the rear left in the standby state.
Step 5: Click Settings>idle mode, see if the machine can descend smoothly.
Step 6: If it still cannot descend smoothly, please click the link below to check which metal rod motor or connection wire is faulty.
