After debugging, your Vision cannot ascend and descend smoothly and still makes noise. You can follow the steps below to troubleshoot where the problem occurred.
Step 1: Turn off the power
Step 2: Unplug the power wire, loosen the 6 screws that secure the cover of the main control board
Step 3: Plug the 1st wire into the mainboard and unplug the four wires (labeled 2, 3, 4, 5) .
- You may need tweezers to peel off the glue on the surface first.
Now replug only the 2nd (No.1 wire stays plugged in). Power on the machine and check for any noise.
Step 4: Repeat the process, replug the 3rd wire (No.1 wire stays plugged in), unplug the 2nd, 4th and 5th wires. Power on the machine and check for any noise.
Step 5: Replug the 4th wire (No.1 wire stays plugged in), unplug the 2nd, 3rd and 5th wires. Power on the machine and check for any noise.
Step 6: Replug the 5th wire (No.1 wire stays plugged in), unplug the 2nd, 3rd and 4th wires. Power on the machine and check for any noise.
If you have located when the 2nd wire plugged in after turning on the machine will make noise as an example.
For example:
If you notice that noise occurs when the 2nd wire is plugged in after turning on the machine, please follow the steps below to locate the issue.
a) Turn off the power.
b) Use an L-shaped screwdriver to loosen the 4 fixing screws of the black case at the top of the No.2 Z-axis in the corner and the diagonal's(No.5).
c) Unplug the connection wire plugged into the small board inside the black case.
- You may need tweezers to peel off the glue on the surface first.
d) Swap the black cases diagonally
e) Replug the connection wire into the small board, and fix two black cases with screws.
f) Only replug the 2nd (No.1 wire stays plugged in). Power on the machine and check if you still hear any noise.
If the noise disappears after swapping the black case containing the small board, then it can be located that it is a motor fault, and the small board can be replaced.
If the noise still persists, then it is a motor connection wire fault, please contact WeCreat Support Center for further assistance.
