In normal circumstances, upon powering on the laser, it will emit two beeps, illuminating both internal LED and the start button on the front, and then automatically ascend to its full height, with the laser module subsequently returning to the rear left corner for homing.
When the machine fails to power on, possible reasons would be as follows:
- Power Adapter Failure(No Light Indicator)
- Faulty On/Off switch on the back of the Laser
- Abnormal Blue Light Shown on the Motherboard
1. Power Adapter Failure(No Light Indicator)
When connected to the power source, if the LED indicator doesn't light up, that means the power adapter may be faulty.
please contact support@wecreat.com for the shipment of a new power supply for replacement.
2. Faulty On/Off switch on the back of the Laser (Switch falls off or button malfunctions)
In this case, you cannot turn off the laser unless you unplug it.
Please email support@wecreat.com for further assistance.
3. Abnormal Blue Light Shown on the Motherboard (Firmware Update Required)
When powering on the laser, no beeps, and the motherboard displays an abnormal blue LED light, indicating a potential issue with the firmware.
Please ensure the laser is hooked up either via USB or WiFi>go to settings>check if the mcu1 and mcu2 turns into none value. If yes, please provide the settings screenshot to support and requires a firmware re-update.
