The machine won't lower in transportation mode, however, you need to lower its height for shipping to get a return or replacement. This article provides several ways to resolve this issue.
Unplug the Z-axis limit sensor to lower it
Adjust the screws on the Z-axes to lower the laser machine.
Adjust the screws at the bottom to lower the laser machine.
Method 1. Unplug the z-axis limit sensor to lower the laser machine.（only when the laser can still power on）
Step 1. Power off the machine and take out the laser beds.
Step 2. Unplug the white power wire (press down the clip a little bit to take it out, as shown below in the red circle), remove the 6 screws with the screwdriver and remove the PCBA cover.
Step 3. Plug back in the power wire (No.12) into the mainboard and turn on the machine. Wait for about 30 secs and unplug the Z-axis limit sensor wire(No 17). You may need tweezers to peel off the glue on the surface first (Do not power off during operation).
Step 4. Click on Settings>Transportation mode. If it lowers, please power off the machine, plug back the Z-axis limit sensor wire(No 17) in step 3, and install the PCBA cover.

Method 2. Adjust the screws on the Z-axes to lower the laser machine.

- Please rotate four screws each time in turn for one circle, until the machine finally descends to the lowest point. It may take around 20 minutes to complete this process.

Method 3. Adjust the screws at the bottom to lower the laser machine.
Please disconnect all wires, accessories, and manually adjust the screws on the corners to lower the height of the machine. Turn one screw two or three turns, then the other, please do not turn one screw all the way through at once.
Note: If you choose the latter two methods, please refer to the following image to ensure that the copper nut is in tight contact with the bottom frame, which indicates that the machine has been lowered to the correct bottom position.
