When download our WeCreat MakeIt software and add a new device, please pay attention to the following:
1.Enable Bluetooth and Location Service on iPad:
Start by turning on Bluetooth and enabling location services on your iPad. Our software relies on Bluetooth to search for nearby devices before establishing a WiFi connection.
2. Ensure Same Local Network:
The iPad and our WeCreat Vision must be connected to the same local network for successful communication.
3. Support for 2.4GHz Networks Only:
Please note that the connection is only supported on 2.4GHz networks. Ensure that your WiFi network is configured accordingly.
4. Proximity and Strong Signal:
When establishing a connection, position your iPad in close proximity to the machine. This ensures that the iPad is near the WiFi antenna, guaranteeing a strong network signal.
5. Mac address(last 4 digits):
The Mac address can be found on the label on the back of the machine.
