- Place the edited pattern on the material inside the machine displayed on the canvas, adjust the size and position, set processing parameters, then click auto focus.
- The machine will automatically descend, and the laser head will move to the center of the engraving area on the material where the pattern is located.
- Once the optimal distance (40mm) between the laser output port and the surface of the material at the center of the engraving area is confirmed, the laser head will return to the rear left, and the machine will be at the optimal height for process preparation.
Note:
- The cylindrical mode does not have the auto focus function, but the machine will measure the optimal working distance based on the input cylinder diameter or circumference.
- If the diameter or perimeter you input is inconsistent with the parameters detected by the machine or even differs greatly, the system will prompt you.
- Please confirm again, take the center point of the pattern engraved on the cylinder as the reference, and re-measure the diameter or circumference of the circular cut surface where the center is located. Or check whether the cylinder is on the horizontal line and its central axis is in line with the center point of the Rotary Set chuck.
