Issue 1
No workspace showing on Canvas, only colored grid like below.
If so, please check if the camera has been covered by the white plastic case and simply slide the case to the right or the left.
Issue 2
If you are unable to see the work area inside the Vista laser, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Click "Refresh"
- Power off Vista laser and power it on again. Reconnect to MakeIt software and click "Refresh"
- If still cannot see the work area inside, please click "Settings" on top of the Canvas and select "Camera Calibration"
