Please note that the camera accuracy is 1mm. A deviation within 1mm is normal. We recommend positioning the design in the center of the canvas for the most precise processing. The closer to the edges, the greater the chance of deviation.
If the deviation is more than 1mm but less than 4mm or 5mm, we recommend calibrating the camera.

If the deviation exceeds 5mm, the machine needs to be leveled. Please contact customer service for detailed instructions.
If you have already adjusted alignments and calibrated the camera, but there is still a shift in the engraving after installation, you can correct it by entering the offset value.
Note: The offset adjustment is not applicable for engraving or cutting with excessive offset. When making adjustments, ensure that the laser head will not collide with the machine frame during operating.
- Click on "Settings".
- Enter the offset value.
For example, the actual engraving patterns are offset to the lower right direction each 1mm, then x:-1mm, y:-1mm.
