There are two small fans inside the WeCreat Vision. One is located at the rear exhaust port and the other is located on top of the laser head.
Installing fans in the WeCreat Vision can effectively address heat and fume removal concerns, reducing the temperature of the laser and other components. This creates a favorable environment, protects the equipment, and extends its overall lifespan.
Cleaning Steps:
Step 1. Turn off the Vision and unplug the power cord. Make sure that the power is completely off to avoid accidents.
Step 2. Disassemble the laser module by removing 4 screws each corner and unplug the fan connection harness carefully.
Step 3. Secure the fan blades.
To prevent potential damage, it is advisable to stabilize the fan blades with a thin object (such as chopsticks or tweezers) as they may rotate during the cleaning process.
Step 4. Clean the fan blades.
Gently wipe the blades with a cotton swab or soft brush to remove stubborn dust. Be careful not to use excessive force, as this may damage the blades. If you encounter stubborn dust, you can spray alcohol on the cotton swab to wipe it off. It is recommended that you do not use industrial alcohol, chemical cleaners, or water to avoid damaging the blades.
Step 5. Clean the dust around the fan.
In addition to the fan blades, you should also clean the dust and dirt around the fan. Use a cotton swab or brush to scrub the area around the fan, making sure to remove all visible dust.
Step 6. Use a brush to clean the fan of the exhaust port.
Try to brush off the dust scattered on the shell and the fan blades. Then use tools like a hairdryer or compressed air, blow cold air from the inside of the machine towards the exhaust port to expel the scattered dust. Please do not use hot air to avoid causing damage.

Step 7. Clean other parts.
Check and clean other dust, dirt, etc. inside the Vision before proceeding with assembly. Ensure that all component surfaces and the working area inside the Vision are clean, with no excessive dust accumulation.
Step 8. Assembly fans and reconnect the power.
Make sure the fans, panels and covers are dried and properly installed, and reconnect the power cord.
