Notes:

1. The Amazon order number is in the format 123-1234567-7654321, please do not remove the hyphen (-).
2. If purchased from the WeCreat official website, the order number can be found in the order confirmation email, usually in the format Wecreat12345 or #1234. Also, make sure the email is the one used for the order.
3. The email used to log in to the software must match the email associated with your membership activation.

If activation is successful but it still prompts for activation, please uninstall the software and reinstall it.
