After installing the 2W infrared laser module, the engraving effect has shifted. What should I do?
There are two methods to try to solve this problem:
1. Reinstall the 20W laser module for camera calibration.
If the offset is too large, please click the link below and follow the steps in the linked article to adjust. After adjusting, run the camera calibration again.
- Please note that the 2W laser module cannot be used for camera calibration.

2. Enter the offset value to correct.
If you have already adjusted alignments and calibrated the camera before installing the 2W laser module, but there is still a shift in the engraving after installation, you can correct it by entering the offset value.
- Click on "Settings".
- Enter the offset value.
For example, the actual engraving patterns are offset to the lower right direction each 1mm, then x:-1mm, y:-1mm.
